I was SO excited to get to photograph this beautiful, spring couple’s session for Preston and Kira on their trip to London last year! I went to school with these two but we were several years apart and didn’t know each other super well, but social media and photography have been instrumental in keeping us together! Kira is an amazing photographer based out of Kansas City and I’ve been following her photography journey since we were in school together!

Kira stepped into the business side of things long before I did so when I was getting started I would often (and sometimes still do!) ask her questions about websites, equipment and all things photography and she has been so gracious to give any advice I ask for. Now we’re often connecting on social media by cheering each other on as we both chase our photography business dreams!
