We had a beautiful, clear day for the Wink’s countryside family session! I love it when my clients have access to places that I don’t normally get to shoot at. In this case, we were able to shoot at a beautiful field the Wink family owns not far from their home. It was so pretty! There was beautiful green grass, a patch of wildflowers, COWS! and we had a clear view of those signature Texas sunsets. All of that made up for the fact that we were getting eaten alive by mosquitoes! I’ve seriously never experienced anything like it. There would be multiple mosquitoes on each of us at a time and we had to spray ourselves in between shots to keep the bites at bay. And this sweet family had to be so careful not to smash the mosquitoes on their white shirts! At the end of the day we just had to laugh at how crazy it was!

I loved getting to hang out with this fun family! Despite having to fight those mosquitoes off I thought this session turned out so beautifully! Enjoy the Wink Family’s session!
