I’ve known this family since I was a young girl and it was so much fun getting to photograph them! Their grown “kids” all live in different places from each other so it’s rare for them to all be in the same place at the same time. When their mom realized they would all be home one weekend at the same time she immediately booked a session with me!

We woke up to lots of fog and cloudy skies, so we ditched our original Trinity Park location and went to the Kimbell Art Museum instead. I’m so glad we did! It allowed us to have a little more light than we would have had in the park and I think it made for the perfect setting!

I know the older your kids get the harder it can be to get family pictures done, but they are so important to keep doing…even after they’ve flown the nest 🙂
